
STAGE 1 REMAP
Stage 1 remapping involves tailored calibration of key engine parameters, including fuel injection quantity, injection timing, boost pressure, rail pressure, variable turbine geometry, and torque-limiting strategies.

STAGE 2 REMAP
Stage 2 remapping for modified engines equipped with hybrid turbochargers, upgraded injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps, free-flow exhaust systems, and larger intercoolers.

DPF/FAP REMOVAL
We use a variety of methods to disable the regeneration function of DPF systems. Once successfully deactivated, the filter can be removed from the exhaust system without triggering error codes or limp mode.

EGR REMOVAL
We use model-specific solutions to disable the EGR valve. Once deactivated, it no longer causes issues, resulting in improved engine efficiency and better fuel economy.

DTC REMOVAL
We use specific techniques for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) removal from the ECU memory. This is typically needed when something is being removed.

ADBLUE/SCR REMOVAL
We use advanced techniques to turn off the SCR/AdBlue system, stopping urea consumption and preventing dashboard warnings or limp mode caused by AdBlue-related faults.

GPF/OPF REMOVAL
We use advanced techniques to to stop Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF/OPF) functionality in the ECU, allowing safe removal from the exhaust system without triggering DTCs or limp mode

INTAKE/SWIRL FLAPS
We are able to disable the swirl flap motor and related fault codes in the ECU, typically done after mechanical removal to enhance reliability, improve airflow or just avoid limp mode.

EVAP REMOVAL
The Evaporative Emission Control System (EVAP) can be removed, and all related error codes can be disabled in the ECU.

LAMBDA / DECAT / O2
Removal of the second lambda (O2) sensor control in the ECU to prevent the check engine light after catalytic converter removal.

START-STOP DISABLE
Deactivation of the automatic engine start-stop function. Ideal to reduce starter motor stress, prolong battery health and reduce overall wear and tear.

SPEED LIMIT REMOVE
We can remove factory-set speed limiter from ECU, allowing full performance from the engine where legally permitted.

MAF SENSOR DISABLE
MAF sensor deactivation used when the sensor is faulty or when replacement is not resolving MAF related issues.

HOT/WARM ENGINE START FIX
Start issues on hot engines can be resolved by adjusting crank parameters for faster, smoother engine start.

AGGRESSIVE HARD CUT LIMITER (DIESEL)
Activation of aggressive hard cut limiter for diesel cars with flames/crackle effects (not possible in all cases).

POPS AND BANGS / CRACKLES (PETROL)
We can create pops & bangs / overrun crackles for petrol engines. Settings can be customized: deceleration only, always-on, or with sport mode.

POPCORN / HARD CUT LIMITER (DIESEL)
Activation of popcorn limiter for diesel cars. Adjustable RPM cutoff range.

THROTTLE BODY / TVA
Throttle valve or intake shutoff valve can be fully disabled in ECU to avoid errors after malfunction or mechanical deletion.

LAUNCH CONTROL
We can implement launch control strategy to limit RPM during stationary acceleration. Available on certain models of petrol and diesel ECUs.

FACTORY (SOFT) REV LIMITER
Modern cars limits the RPM of the engine, when it is in Neutral/Park mode. However, we can remove this limiter and have some advantages for certain tuning enthusiasts.

EXHAUST FLAP
We can permanently open or disable exhaust flap motors in rear mufflers to improve sound and prevent failure.

IMMO OFF
Immobilizer system can be disabled from ECU software. Can be used for engine swaps, replacing ECU, or lost keys.

COLD START SOUND REDUCTION
Reduce cold start high RPM and loud sound when sports exhaust is installed.

SECONDARY AIR INJECTION OFF
The secondary air injection system exists to help clean up the leftovers on the exhaust. However, the valve itself, with such a hard work for many times, tend to fail and can be removed.
